I made a return visit to London again on Friday and it was nice to see the current second years progressing with their news and magazine programmes for the said module. As far as Smoke Radio is going they're doing another photo shoot in a couple of weeks which I'm not sure I want to attend actually. My photo from last time round wasn't too bad so if I do return in January they'll hopefully use that one instead. Plus the fact that I've put on a bit of weight doesn't exactly make things any better.
I received a nice message from Ali on Facebook earlier tonight who says that she thinks the second year radio group who I'll be with next year are really nice and I can't disagree.
To be honest I prefer them to my own year but it would be nice to see some of them again too.
Phil L and Phil H said that they missed her when I spoke to them last week and Ali told Phil L at the Student Radio Awards last week that they should have submitted their turn at presenting Smoke Signal back in May for the awards.
That was definitely Ali's best presenting whilst at Smoke and I was really happy to have desk driven her last show on the station which included the special surprise farewell montage at the end.
Shame one of the then "Editors" of the station had to ruin it by bollocking her off mic but that's all behind us now.
I'll probably be back again on the 7th of December and I should have a more clearer perspective as to whether I'm returning.

Returning For The Night
It's bizarre being back here to be honest, and very daunting at the same time.
I've seen quite a lot of people around and it's nice to know that I haven't been forgotten. But at the same time I'm really worried about what I'll be doing for the rest of the year as I've no idea what to do my dissertation on or develop any ideas for it. I can't even find the books that Maria reccomended for me in the library.
It's been good meeting a few of the first years including Lottie and Eric who present the "Razzle Dazzle" show on Wednesdays and they had Smith and Bracey popping in to give Lottie a selection of presents from the Eastbourne tourist centre.
But overall I'm muddled and rather worried about where I'm going to continue at this stage.
