Things are a bit better now. Emma's said it's still OK to come over and something will be sorted out with my sleeping arrangments for Friday.
Some light amusement was provided with the Mock The Week halfway series compilation where at first I wasn't happy that it was bleeped but it made more sense when they showed the out-takes and if left uncut it would go over the quota of fucks that are allowed in a single show.
The funniest part was when Dara said that he would probably end up on a show such as "Outtake TV" and retorted "Anne Robinson's a c***".
On a slightly lower note, Ricky texted me earlier saying that Ross Goodlass's nan isn't too well and wants me to compile a selection of highlights from Nanogram for the boys to send to her on a CD.
Rather than reply via text I gave him a ring and we caught up over a few things which always seems to work a lot better that way rather than in a club when it's easy for him to get distracted by others.
Seriously though, it's all about Nana Glover, and I plan to basically just put a few memorable rounds on there, including one of the Nan Vs Nan's from the 2006 Bonanza, Joe John's legendary outing on Challenge Nan in May 2007, and the last ever game with Ross T's infamous song devoted to her.
I doubt she reads my blog so it won't spoil the surprise but I'm sure it will be worth it.
Defnitely the most innovative feature on the station by far.
