My plans for today as outlined in yesterday's blog post went right
out of the window, as all I have been doing is constantly backing
up all the downloads from my external hard drives onto DVD-R.
I must be the only male individual on the planet who doesn't
own anything sleazy or have it stored digitally.
No it's mainly music and television related downloads, and I'm
pretty certain there will be more of the same tomorrow as I've
got about 10 DVD-Rs left.
Just a shame the self-built Linux desktop PC in the cellar
is rather rubbish, but it does the job most of the time.
And before you ask, I didn't build it.
It's probably just as well I didn't set foot out of the house today as
it's been a mixed bag outside, with many speculating that the
warm British summer of 2011 just went like that.
I've hardly got anything planned up to September so I'm
not too fussed either way.
