behind the scenes of an attempt for the longest continuous rap event
that took place recently in South West London.
More radio exploits will be taking place tomorrow morning, as
James Waters has asked me to step in on his Thursday show.
Normally with James it's a voice-tracked state of affairs, but due to problems
beyond control, I'll be doing it live from the confines of Studio Blue.
It's something to keep me occupied as a whole and at a time
when personal circumstances are getting more and more
crazy, it should help me to relax.
As long as I carry on taking the right meds, then nothing
should spiral too crazily.
