Structure Kills Stress

Save for getting a few editing jobs done for the Podium podcast,
it's been another day of frustration and anxiety where there need be
no such thing.

Part of the reason is worrying about my interview at Homebase
on Monday, but if more relaxed about it, then it should go without
any major problems, and I've got a good reference from Dunelm
to bring with me.

What I should try and remember is that in any job I get,
it will add structure to everyday life and make things easier
to handle and provide fewer situations of stress and being
upset for the sake of it.

And nothing should get in the way of wanting to reach any

radio related goals that I may still have in sight, as long as
I don't give up at the utterances of any short-minded doubters.

It's just a case of avoiding them, and looking towards

those who only look for the positive in everyone they come across.

There's too few people who are like that in the present day.
