After A Lie Down

OK.
I've had a read through of the last post and it does seem a little bit negative doesn't it?
I'd best start looking at the positive side of things and typing this whilst adding my Incognito discography to my iTunes library is making me feel really good and I'm looking forward to coming back and letting everyone else understand where I'm coming from.

This isn't just music neither, it has meaning and I think I understand now what Kim meant when she posted on the much missed Smoke Radio message board saying that she liked the Kyoto Jazz Massive track "Deep In Your Mind" which I played on the very first show.

The chorus went like this
"Never give up on everything when one thing is too hard,
Never give up when it falls down just go back to the start
Never give up on music, never give up when you can still believe"

There's another song of the more rockier variety that got played twice on KCFM yesterday although one was via request! "Don't Stop Believing" by Journey which I reckon would be the perfect song to end a night at the Undercroft.

Two songs from completely different genres but with the same message.

I'm feeling a lot more inspired now and can fully understand how important music is and not just something to add background.
I've realised I'm not the only one who looks closely into cars whilst waking past them at the traffic lights to find out what station they're tuned into! It says something about the person driving and I'm finding myself becoming interested in people in the same why as radio!
Why would I like this individual? Why don't I like this person?
Luckily it's been more of a case for the former.

A tip for anyone doing vox pops, only look out for those who are smiling, you'll have a better chance. The public do come out with the most unexpected statements!
