Completely forgot to blog yesterday, yet again.
Wasn't too bad a day however, really nice spring skies, first time
this year I've gone outside without a jacket, and I'm hoping it's a taster
of what's to come this year.
The second half of my 8 week stint at Dunelm Mill commences this morning
which I hope will speed faster than the first.
Although having thought about it, it's done just that and it's best
to think about the positive parts that are to happen whilst I'm still there
as there's the pub outside broadcast this Saturday, the CSR awards/
committee elections the week after, and the Beverley Craven concert
at the Gulbenkian right at the end of March.
I've found myself becoming more occupied even outside work,
and I'm more confident that after the placement has ended I will do what
I can to find constructive ways of using up my time, when things are
thin on the ground.
I can't just carry on waiting for things to come, because when they
arrive, they will almost certainly not be what I'm searching for.
No, there's no "almost" about it.
Even when in difficult positions or commitments, I still need to
make it known that I want to be in a certain place in a specific job
and it's a case to keep going.
