Surreal? Superb.

With the news and Twitter-gone-bonkers fuss over the news of Anchorman 2
I opted to viewing the prequel, rather surprisingly for the first time.

Many of those at Uni took influence from the film, especially those involved
in Smoke Radio by repeating catchphrases (Stay Classy Westminster!),
and acting in a similar manner to the characters only to look even
more idiotic.

It's a similar sort of scenario as believing the way to chat up
a woman in public is by doing so in the same contrived manner
as a contestant on Take Me Out. 

I got rather bored with the film about a third of the way in, although
a more obvious reason I gave up is because I've downloaded the latest
album from Incognito "Surreal" and right from the beginning it's incredible.

Especially as the first track has the chorus "The Less You Know The Better"
and the second track likewise with "Goodbye To Yesterday".
It's like the last couple of months of my mental state have
been captured in this album.

I'd imagine my brief dissection of this album here, means it won't 
get on my Listening List blog this weekend, but that's not to say it is
not one of my favourite releases from 2012.

I'm really enjoying the year as it goes on, and still more to come
as well.
