It's still pretty dull in Canterbury although unlike earlier in the week I didn't end up sleeping in the middle of the day. Goodness knows how I'm going to manage after leaving University where there will barely be any time for relaxing at all.
It's almost like the summer's came and went for this year, even if it has been brighter for part of the afternoon today compared with earlier this week.
Whilst having a search on Wikipedia it appears that most of the bands who I have a liking for fall into the category of "Sophisto-Pop" and it's fair to say a lot of those artists in that list from the mid-late 80s were responsible for the rather twisted direction I've taken in listening to music.
There are also acts on that list who I would love to see live including ABC and Matt Bianco and in the case of the latter it's very rare to see them on their home shores.
Surely that obscene phone call on Saturday Superstore wasn't responsible?
