With things barely improving outside, it will be hard to notice that Autumn has even started.
In my case however the last year has seemed like a long Autumn as things haven't really been enjoyable and I've felt more bitter than ever towards things during my time at University.
I did manage to find a few things earlier today that provided amusement such as this infamous episode of Pingu called "Little Accidents" where the penguin discovers
the side effects of drinking too many glasses when the toilet seat is too high to reach.
This was probably the most memorable episode of the popular pre-school series
in our house although it happened to be banned in other countries for it's rather visual content.
We used to own a BBC Radio Collection tape of Pingu stories read by Going Live's
Sarah Greene which drove Mum and Dad up the wall on car journeys, although unsurprisingly the above one wasn't one of those included.
There's also another one where Pingu is meant to be looking after an egg but would prefer to listen to his music, in this case a tune called "Woodpeckers From Space" by Dutch group "The Video Kids".
I've searched for this for quite a while on the internet although most of the episodes uploaded have a different, inferior soundtrack which happens to be "The Pingu Dance" allegedly performed by David Hasselhoff.
As mentioned before, certain tunes may not be timeless but unintentionally entertaining.
