We went to Zizzis in Canterbury earlier tonight along with Laura who's moved into her new house in Canterbury just before starting University.
I was rather stumped as whether to order a pasta dish or a pizza and ended up choosing a pizza as in all honesty I'll probably be going through a lot of pasta once I get back to University and the pizzas you heat up in an oven as opposed to eating in a restaurant are very sub-standard.
I also enjoyed a nice apple crumble for dessert made similar to what you would get in Prezzo although I prefer the choice of dishes that are available in Zizzis to the former.
I really need to make an effort and visit some nice restaurants in London this year as I'm sure that there are plenty of places that serve really nice meaty dishes that are filling as well as more Italian places that aren't part of chains.
Even if it does end up breaking the bank it's always worth a visit and very filling as a result.
Brick Lane may well and truly be calling.
