Boozy Bashes

I've just returned from my planned outing to Morrisons to by the booze for tonight which was essentially a 12 pack of VKs, similar to the one that
Chris, Phil and Denis gave me for my birthday.

I haven't put all of them in the fridge as I'm not too fussed about the
orange and ice flavours but Kate and Olly can down them when they
get back later this weekend.

I haven't read it yet, but this week's Guide supplement in the Guardian has a list of people who they claim to have "ruined the decade".
I really hope Simon Cowell's on that list with regards to
ruining the anticipation for the Xmas Number 1.

Although I'm pretty much two sided as he has produced some of
the best television shows this decade.

And "Grease Is The Word".

As I've moaned about many times, I won't get to see the X Factor Final tomorrow due to my radio show being on at the same time.

Thankfully the demo for the new live music show that was meant to happen after the show has been postponed, as no one in their right mind would want to come in at 10pm on a Sunday to record a radio pilot.

And myself and Andrew would be bloody knackered anyway having presented already that evening.

For once, ITV1 actually have a solid Saturday night schedule tonight
with Cheryl Cole's special, The X Factor semi semi final, and best of all
the 2009 British Comedy Awards with Wossy regaining the reigns as the host.

His first televised awards for three years actually although I don't think I've seen him hosting the awards since 2004.

The booze will be flowing I will be devouring the rest of last nights chicken stew with pasta bows, and I will be absolutely lathered.

Why can't every Saturday be like this?
