I'm ever so glad I'm not working in a retail job or whatever this holiday.
Two days on the trot I've been into the Canterbury Tesco Metro and they have had the Beach Boys playing on my every entrance.
OK, that may be one of the better seasonal songs but honestly I'm sick
of the sight of them.
Well, hearing them at least.
Apart from that early 90s jazz compilation mentioned earlier, there's still tons of Xmas compilations as such I've yet to listen to.
Quite a lot of them being easy listening/orchestral versions that would perfectly accompany the girl playing noughts and crosses, but elsewhere there's a couple of albums that were released last year that I may have a listen too, considering there's bugger all entertaining on the box tonight.
One being Ledisi (or Le-deesee) and "It's Christmas" and the other's by smooth jazz stalwarts Spyro Gyra and "A Night Before Christmas".
Elsewhere there's quite a mixed response to "The Fattest Man In Britain"
shown last night.
Matty ID and "Schofe" seemed positive about it, but Ross T meanwhile
wasn't so keen.
I'm guessing it's because they haven't paid his appearance fee yet.
But whilst tonight may look average, there's the Mock The Week and Screenwipe specials tomorrow so I'm pretty much covered.
