"I Replay It Over And Over Again" (Contains Spoilers)

The third and final episode of Black Mirror turned out to be the best one
of the series, mainly on the basis that it wasn't centred around the media.

But then again, Jesse Armstrong doesn't make a living out of staring
at the "git box" as Brooker himself has referred to it.

I certainly won't be the first to pick up on this, but it was well
timed, if coincidental regarding the introduction of Facebook's new
timeline feature, although in the future vision of society in the episode
individuals have all their memories stored on a pocket-sized keyring
device known as a "Grain" which allows them to view them through
their own retina, or on a flat screen TV.

It certainly hit home in places, hopefully not as such violent circumstances
but when shit happens, it takes a long time to get over it and move on.

The only downside to the episode was Toby Kebbell breaking slightly
into his Notts accent when his voice was raised in the bottle scene,
but it didn't ruin the episode to a large extent.

And good on Channel 4's presentation team, for not talking over
the credits.

I plan to lift myself up later tonight before getting some shut eye
with a lengthy gear change at that.

Having a gander at the I'm Sorry I Haven't A Clue Live DVD which
is worth it for hearing When Harry Met Sally re-enacted by a Clanger.

That made my dad laugh when I simply mentioned it to him.
