A-Ha!

Last night was spent watching the first two episodes of the 1989 series of The Krypton Factor on Ftn, where by that time then it had become an essential part of Monday night viewing in our house. The first episode was a treat as the Observation round involved spotting the continuity errors in a specially made edition of the gameshow Treasure Hunt featuring Kenneth Kendal and Anneka Rice and that superb theme tune still seeing light from it's daily outings courtesy of Chris Moyles.
It also featured appearances from Steve Coogan taking the place of Andrew O'Connor as comic relief for the Observation rounds, both of whom have gone on to have very succesfull comedy careers. O'Connor in particular now of course being the executive producer of Peep Show and the magician film that Mitchell and Webb are about to star in although we'll try and forget his stint as a gameshow host including that rather appalling clone of "Bob's Full House" called "One To Win".

I've finally managed to get my Media Technology essay sorted out although I may take it to Sue when I go to see her for my appointment this afternoon just to get it proof read. Whilst I don't think it's completley coherent the overall aim of the first essay is to iron out the problems that can be avoided in the second essay. Provided the lecturers can hand it back with a fair amount which this year has been rather poor as far as theory modules go.
I'd best get a can of Red Bull ready for today's lecture.
