Are Lecturers Really Evil?

A rather moderate night although I kept waking up at rather inapropriate hours after having rather unsettling dreams of one of the senior lecturers in the Media department attacking me and banging my head against the ground. I won't say who it is on this site although it is rather surprising.
However, it's definitely not Maria Way.

This has resulting in me being up slightly earlier than normal so I decided to give Moyles a listen where he was going on about people complaining about their favourite X-Factor contestants getting voted out, despite the fact they haven't bothered to phone in and vote for them.
It didn't stop him however from urging more people to support Daniel Evans who he has been backing throughout the series. I guess that's why he's getting all the votes.

I'd definitely say that the current series is the one I've been attached to the most although not as obssesed with as I was with the first series of Pop Idol in 2001/2002.
I even went to the extent of going to the live tour at the Docklands which was actually rather amazing, and Will Young's diary which was published under the title "Anything Is Possible" which is an interesting account of the contestant's time spent on the series.

I'll need to make sure I set the VCR to tape this week's show as there's a 90% chance I won't be back in London until Saturday when I go to the David Sanchez gig at the Pizza Express in Soho.

Hopefully I'll get a few more ideas whilst in Canterbury, to send in my next feature proposal as a back up plan.

It's more or less ironic that around this time last year I went back to Harrow for the night and was put into pressure into coming up with an idea for a dissertation topic. Now it's completely the reverse although I do need to make a start on actually writing the proposal and finding the right books.

There's really not long to go.
