I went for my appointment at Laurel House where they decided that I should reduce my dosage of Sodium Valproate to 250mg. However when I went to the chemists they told me that they were unable to make any tablets at that size so I had to go back and get the prescription changed so that I'm now on 250mg of Depakote which according the doctor who prescribed them, said that I should have been on them all along.
I went into town and managed to buy two packs of four 240 VHS's which will come in really useful over the next few months and also went to Morrisons to buy a few other things.
As Mum and Dad are going over to one of their friend's houses tonight, I plan to watch Terry and the gang attempt to raise money for this year's Children In Need appeal whilst enjoying a lamb stew with pasta. I'm not normally one for eating meals in front of the television although I'm only really referring to eating as a family in that sort of situation as opposed to having a proper dining room meal.
I seem to remember Vernon Kay saying the same thing in an interview about not eating meals in front of the television, although the irony is that his wife Tess Daly will be co-presenting with Terry along with Fearne Cotton.
And it more or less fits into the topic of my dissertation as a couple of years ago they were one of the many programmes that lead to the BBC phone competions scandal.
Then again in terms of "entertainment" I doubt they have made many changes although the ironic part is that their catchphrase is "Do Something Different".
It makes you question why they don't take their own advice as there's only so many times you can get the BBC newsreaders to make fools of themselves.
