From An Animated Tache To Another

There's only so many times I can start a blog post by
saying that I hate getting up, when I'm not even working.

A tiny bit downhearted as the rather prestigious radio position
I applied for was unsuccessful.

Overall I'm happy I gave it a go, it's further proof that London should
still be the long term aim and I really would prefer not to discuss
the job further.

It's been and gone, end of.

Glee was enjoyable last night although my overall highlight
was in the bowling scene when the music playing was
Huey Lewis and The News with "I Want A New Drug".

The song that Ray Parker Jr "borrowed" for Ghostbusters
and Huey ended up suing him for.

Even better (or in the minds of others, a lot better) was
The Cleveland Show which followed on E4 and it's superb.

It managed to provide the laughs but it also managed to squeeze
you at the heart as well, especially in the second episode
when Cleveland accidentally runs over the family dog.

As is the tradition with Seth McFarlane's series, there's
the usual occurence of random cutaway gags, and the theme tune
and music throughout the show is just as amazing.

Mondays will permanently be an E4 night in for what I reckon
will be at least 6 months.

As for tonight, London calls once again and what I'm hoping
will be a good laugh with the much anticipated "Hitler Moustache"
stand up from Richard Herring.

Always on form whenever I've been to see him live, tonight
should be good fun considering the racism related subjects
it will be covering and whether we are too over-sensitive.
