With the Brit Awards approaching, tonight will be the first time I've tweeted
during the event itself while watching it on television, and commenting
on those who end up receiving the prizes.
I'm pretty certain that Seasick Steve won't be one of them.
Whatever happens, anything can guarantee that Peter Kay will be
better than Horne and Corden were, where they barely developed
any chemistry with co-host Kylie Minogue.
Referring back to an earlier blog post, I've managed to track down
the tune used in this vintage CBBC footage with Toby and Otis
with the song itself being Alison Limerick and "Time Of Our Lives"
You could suggest that it's Skin, before she decided to take
a more aggressive route as part of Skunk Anansie.
I initally thought the Alison Limerick track was Ce Ce Peniston's
"Keep Giving Me Your Love", which more or less proves the
perception that all house records of that style in the early 90s
sounded the same.
In a positive way if you're living in my mindset.
This means that from now on I can't slag off any Jason Derulo records
or anything produced by J.R. Rotem for the same reasons.
I'll break my booze embargo just for tonight.
One bottle max however, and I'll try and find the cheapest.
