Whenever I'm in the library I have to be using a computer that has a laser controlled mouse. I can't cope with those that have trackballs inside them that keep getting dust and become and abosolute pain to use.
Taking a break from the goings on at S(4)S I've noticed that BBC Four have series of nightly programmes called Children's TV On Trial beginning a week on Sunday, taking a decade by decade look at the changing face of the shows that have entertained many a younger generation.
They'll also be looking at issues such as adult performers appearing on children's programmes and how dangerous it can get if it happens live. One such incident being this one from Saturday Superstore, where Matt Bianco get a complementary phone call from one Simon Roberts. Despite being a fan of the act, it's difficult not to laugh at this.
An ideal excuse for the Freeview Box not to be one of the things I take back to Canterbury this weekend.
