Just after I got in I slept for about four hours this afternoon and nothing else has really been happening today. Tomorrow will involve an early visit to Sainsbury's to just to get a few wares, then heading up to radio to make a start on putting together a podcast from our 24 hour broadcast.
I'm a tiny bit worried though because our final Undercroft night is on the 2nd of April but station events organiser Ross G and all the other editors will be in York so I'm unsure as whether the night will be called off completely or not. Then again bar manager Chris keeps on asking the first years to DJ for him at Area every week so I'm sure something will unravel before the night itself.
I'm not normally a fan of song parodies but this cute little offering called "Pastry Back" manages to take it to a different level. Rather than just make gibberish out of the lyrics it has a few unexpected twists and resulted in me being unable to stop laughing about it for 20 minutes, after I was shown this by Chris Chilvers whilst killing time during last nights proceedings.
And I'm slightly biased towards liking it as it's a song about one of my favourite cooking ingredients.
