Everythings in full flow here on the Harrow campus, the 24 broadcast has kicked off and everythings sounding really lively with live link ups to the Marylebone campus with the election results. However it's been rather tricky setting everything up with a computer that refused to load Selector in the studio and Scoopy being a pain as always. I even had to go out of this mornings podcasting lecture at regular intervals just to solve a few of the errors but at the time of writing we're running smoothly.
The podcasting lecture itself has involved listening to a selection of well produced and not so well produced podcasts with examples by both the Labour and Conservative party falling into the latter catergory. It's interesting however as more and more businesses are approaching people within the radio industry to produce their podcasts and this could branch off into companies specialising solely in podcasting which could lead to future career moves for people doing this course. Some of us got the chance to name and shame a few podcasting websites of our own choosing with Ricky's group nominating Tudor's "Confessions Of A Student" which there is a link to in the right hand part of the site. I won't repeat what we said about it just in case he happens to be reading this which is terribly likely.
