The journey back to Canterbury has been delayed as I was stupid enough to leave my glasses on a wooden shelf at the Hat Party last night and after checking back at their house this morning they've disapeared. I really hope no one has messed about or even broken them but I'll wait until around 2pm this afternoon for them to clear everything up and see if they are found.
I really should have bought my glasses case with me but was reluctant to do so as the case is too big for my pocket but if worse comes to the worst I'll probably have to buy a new pair. I've only just realised now that I could just put the glasses case in the pocket horizontally so it doesn't fall out and just want this whole debacle to be over with. I'm now not sure whether I want to stay in Canterbury until Sunday afternoon or early on Monday as this is causing a lot of anxiety.
