It was really lovely outside which made it an ideal time for the fire alarm to go off halfway into our web design lecture this morning. Nothing was really progressing however as Paul didn't show up until halfway through the afternoon leaving me to attempt to get to grips with Front Page and Photoshop for the design of our webpage. My heart's really not in it at all and I'm worried that Paul is rather nervous about getting to grips with the software for the assingment. However we're both going into Covent Garden tomorrow to see if we can get photos of relevant fortelling objects in Mysteries where I did one of my interviews for the Tarot feature.
We also had a brief meeting to discuss the issues that should be raised at next weeks course comittee meeting such as the BAMS journalism students sharing the facilities with us at the same time as our Music Radio module and their lack of training to use equipment resulting in them hassling us to give them a hand. There's also the grey area of RCS which will be raised but I've already had my two cents on that matter.
One potential problem however was adhered to pretty quickly by Matthew who seemed rather concerned after I failed to get borrow a digital stills camera from the store in M-Block because I was a radio student.
However Paul's bringing his own one tomorrow so I guess the big issue is whether we'll be allowed to take photos inside the shop itself.
If all else fails I'm sure the Phrenology head back at home will be a short term substitute for a photo.
