Brick Walls And Polystyrene Walls

I went for my visit to the Job Centre as planned and for me it looks as if things are getting worse.

I have a "Back To Work Session" on the 29th of July which I'm guessing is some sort of motivation exercise/bollocking in response to the lack of success I've had in terms of finding jobs.

Let's face it, I'm rubbish overall at finding the right job although many would suggest that "the right job" for me would be back in ASDA, or a very similar role that in the long term could result in something a lot worse than being depressed.

Or possibly in my case, preferable to being depressed.

However I listed my requirements when originally setting my agenda on the Job Seekers allowance, and retail jobs were out of the question, without saying.

As the old saying goes "Beggars Can't Be Choosers" although I'm just an annoying bugger as opposed to beggar.

Earlier today on The Chris Moyles Show, Dave recounted his experience of filming "Hole In The Wall" that weekend and it sounds as if things have gotten even worse.

Dave was on a team alongside captain Joe Swash and Z-lister Anne Diamond, whilst the other team consisted of television whore (in more ways than one) Sophie Anderton, and John Altman AKA Nick Cotton from Eastenders.

I can picture him in that silver outfit and believe me, it's more or less proof that we're being punished.

The tackiness appears to have gone even further as Dave mentioned that the teams in this series make their entrance by sliding down a water slide.

That should be enough to discourage anyone from watching although the one thing I am grateful about Hole In The Wall, was that it was one of the programme extracts that helped me to get a successful result for my dissertation.

That's ideal motivation for anyone unsure about what to do their's on in 2010.
