Morning.
Still rather overcast outside but it didn't get in the way of things yesterday and today will be no exception.
Especially as there's an impressive line-up today at Lounge with my main priorities being Mr Scruff's DJ set, and the anticipated live performance by The James Taylor Quartet.
I managed to see parts of last night's Comedy Roadshow on iPlayer going through jokes that I didn't see due to our intermittent Freesat receiver although not many of them were really that hilarious.
I was wondering where I had heard of Jon Richardson from and after reading the thread on Digital Spy, he was one of the team captains on the Radio 4 comedy quiz "Act Your Age" broadcast in December last year and hosted by Simon Mayo.
I'm not sure if they'll be doing a second series but it was an interesting concept.
I plan to head over to the Lounge ground at 1pm immediately after Robbie Vincent's show on Jazz FM which as per usual will involve hopefully some superb undiscovered gems, with guaranteed gormlessness from Robbie himself.
There's only so many times I can use the brick analogy.
