The Dissertation Defence

I've finished transcribing my focus group from last Sunday and it wasn't as bad a job as everyone says it is.
It took me quicker than I thought it would anyway, especially as the whole thing lasts under an hour.

Goodness knows if I'll get the one I plan to do in Harrow done this week but failing that I can always get my younger brother and a few of his mates from Canterbury to lend a hand, especially as Olly's barely doing anything now since he left BHS at the beginning of the year.

With everyone stressing over their dissertations, I thought it would be good to repost a witty cartoon that I originally posted here two years ago and was brought to my attention from Journalism student Natasha Sa Osorio.

Click on it for a larger version.

I don't really plan to go into Uni this afternoon and will probably have another staying in day before meeting up with Joey this evening, so some more trawling beckons, including a brilliant documentary from August 2003 called "My Family And Autism" based around the Jackson family, and elder son Luke who has Asperger's Syndrome and wrote a successful book about it along with a few others based on the same subject.

I haven't actually read it bizarrely enough but have been meaning to since the programme was originally transmitted.

It should be good to have another gander at the programme again.
