Even More Anxiety

I went on air for the final show of the semester with no major problems and enjoyed playing some of the slower stuff towards the end such as "Spend The Night" by Earth Wind And Fire from their 1993 album "Millennium" and "It's Been You" by Anita Baker which had previously been done by the Perri Sisters.

The last record I played was "And I'm Telling You I'm Not Going" by Jennifer Holliday from the original Dreamgirls movie, which was re-made a couple of years ago with Jennifer Hudson who performed that very song.

It went pretty well and fellow radio student Sophie Clamp walked past saying that she was enjoying it all whilst working on her web page.

Pretty contented about things I headed back to the flat only to find a missed call from Chilvers on my mobile and I found out that tomorrow's focus group may not even be happening due to them both being absent as Chris is over in Leicester Square and Denis is occupied elsewhere.

This more or less adds another setback to my dissertation and if tomorrow doesn't go ahead, I'll head back to Canterbury earlier, although having said that, there's stuff in my fridge that has to go before it goes off so I'll probably stay until Saturday after all.

Whether the focus group will be postponed I'm not sure as I'm sharing it with someone elses and ideally I would love to reschedule, even if I do have to return to London. I haven't spent a lot of money whilst I've been here so it should be sustainable but if that doesn't work out, I'll probably end up having to rethink my research plan.

I'll find out by tomorrow what's happening but even if it doesn't work out, at least I won't have to carry my television all the way through Kenton.
