I've made it back to Canterbury where I will be staying until Monday.
On the plus side I managed to hire out a Marantz for the next month but on the downside, I'm absolutely skint.
It will probably be ready made stews or curries in the next few weeks that I'll be living off but back in Canterbury I've been given a bit of bob for this weekend and I plan to make a rather nice spag bol tonight which should last up to tomorrow.
My spag bols always seem to taste a lot better back at home than they do in halls, possibly because of the large oven we have and more ornate utensils.
Hopefully Mum and Dad may give me some extra bob which I can return to them once the loan arrives next month although I'll be paying my own rent for my final semester.
I shouldn't have gone crazy with my money at such a bad time but I'm going to be in debt anyway like many others at the end of the course, and I know I'm not the worst.
The good news is that one of my lesser expensive items, my rape alarm has arrived and oh my. It's enough to drive anyone insane.
That will give the halls staff a taste of their own washing up liquid.
My brief appearance on television can be seen via the iPlayer as last night's episode of "I've Never Seen Star Wars" has been added.
Feel free to make jokes at my expense.
