I'm in the radio rooms arranging and normalizing the shows from our 26 Hour Broadcast while the first years are deliberating over their radio featured.
The only downside is that the shows were streamed in mono due to coming from Studio 5 which I don't really know exactly the reason for but aside that they're almost ready to be burnt to DVD-R.
Whilst up there I've been listening to Chris Moyles where there's much anticipation over where Radio 1's Big Weekend for 2009 will be but everyone's asked to be tight lipped about it before the location's revealed tomorrow morning and it sounds as if the show will be broadcast from said place.
I bet it will be somewhere really unexpected where big events of that kind rarely happen, like last year where it went to Maidstone.
Chris had to leave early due to a family commitment so Dave, Rachel, Carrie, Dom etc played a selection of their favourite performances from previous Big Weekends over the last five years.
Rather bizarrely "Mouldy Lookin' Stain" wasn't one of them.
I'm hoping to get everything done by 12pm where I meet up with Ana for a dissertation detox as I like to call it.
Because I end up losing 3 stone every time I realise what I'm doing is deviating from the orginal plan.
