Whatever profession or occupation you want to get into, it's important to always remember why (there's that word again!) you wanted to get into it.
For me it's been a case of going through my large collection of radio jingles from around the world and came across this demo by TM Productions in Dallas from 1986 called
"Digital One".
Whilst it may sound rather dated now it definitely exudes the excitement of radio and the 80s and the "Here's What's Happening" bed definitely sounds similar to Phil Collins!
I've also learnt not to let people's arrogance and bad times get in the way of potentially good music and am really starting to find myself wanting to listen to acts like Jamie T and The Feeling amongst others. However I'm confident I can balance it with my other interests and if things keep going that way then they'll be no problems at all.
