An MSN conversation with Stoobie ended up as a phone call from him and the rest of his housemates where they were discussing how Freshers Week should be marketed in September.
It seems that Stoobie as well as Chris, Phil H and Pete really are focused into how we get out to the Freshers next year and I basically gave them a few ideas of how we could achieve that both on and off air whilst going off into little tangents about pasta and party poppers which I can't remember why.
It's nice to know that I'm not being forgotten but I really want to try out other things this Freshers Week such as helping out on our stall at the Freshers Fayre and help to make the shows that go out on air the perfect introduction to the Uni experience both in Harrow and on Central.
The boys ended up giving me the title of "production consultant" which is flattering but I'm sure by the end of Freshers Week itself they'll be more than capable themselves.
I'm hoping that the house that the boys live in doesn't end up like the one shared by the Big L DJs in the documentary but Stoobie's confident that they won't live and breath radio whilst being passionate at the same time.
I'm also certain that Stevie our news editor and programming editors Phil L and Sam are feeling the same way although we haven't really heard from them just yet. But unlike last year I'm not worried about the circumstances and it appears we don't want too many drastic changes.
