Tiny bit of bad news this morning, the Undercroft apparently are unable to let
Smoke Radio have a night during Freshers Week which is a bit of a downer.
Especially as we've been responsible for some of their biggest nights which have in fact broken sales records. However I'm not too gutted and they will let us have slots throughout the semester which I'm looking forward to spinning my discs at reguarly
Apart from that it's been relaxed more or less, I gave a listen to Christian O'Connell on Virgin this morning after finding out about his presenter competition and he's one of those who despite hosting a prestigous slot on the station, doesn't need people around him all the time to make him sound good. Although that's not to say that he can't handle the raucousness of a zoo format as heard in the past and when he was on XFM.
Right, my major aim today is to actually buy some fizzy stuff, probably not that strong so to save on the pennies but I'm bloody dying for a drink.
