Ooh, I've been having a rather rotten night and letting ridiculous things get to me and taking it all a bit too personally. To elaborate on the phrase "eliminate the negative" I ending up deleting my copy of the first MP3 file from the previous post on my computer as it's not worth getting upset about things that happened a very long time ago. Although my biggest worry is to make sure that such a thing isn't repeated in the third year and I guess it's up to me to make sure of that regardless of the obstacles.
This was after going to bed at 9pm, waking up at bleeding 3am and then falling asleep again three hours later.
I'll admit it, I'm missing London and everyone there, although I did have short chat to Stoobie via Windows Live who in turn is having second thoughts about giving away the ending of the new Harry Potter novel to certain individuals.
I may consider removing my copies of shows from the last year of Smoke that remind me of bad times at University as it just doesn't move me on at all.
I may even consider buying a portable keyboard for halls in the third year
(with headphones of course!) as in between coursework, presenting and boozing I want something different to keep me occupied without the knowledge of people hearing me. That's what put me off learning the piano when I was younger as it was in the dining room and mum sat with me as I really didn't want to learn at all.
However, a copy of Herbie Hancock sheet music will hopefully turn things around when things get depressing in the third year.
