The Long Haul Home

Barely any of the blogs I'm following have updated in the last four or five days.

Even if life isn't too exiting, there must have been something that's worth writing about, even if it is a thought that probably means nonsense to everyone else.

Getting back's going to be a struggle, my holdall is rammed and I've realised that there's nowhere to put any of the clothes I've brought with me. Hopefully we've got a few spare plastic bags around to cover that.

Peter Young hasn't been too bad a replacement for Robbie Vincent this morning.

Obviously not as superb but there have been a few good tracks including Brenda Russell's stunning "Make You Smile" as co-written by Bluey from her most recent album, a rather rare version of David Bendeth's "Feel The Real", Dionne Warwick's version of "Move You No Mountain", and the original extended theme to Starsky and Hutch.

Anyway I'm waiting to get back to London as soon as I can, just to see that I haven't lost my external hard drive, and send Ana my lit review.

Hopefully I'll have more time to get it completed this week, and then start working on the methodology.

And whilst I'll attempt to do my best, I'll try to avoid making it look like a load of prentious bollocks.

That will mean there's no way it will get into the library as a reference, but I don't want to make students in the future feel nervous about their's when the time comes.
