Rather unmemorable day today.
I was in the library until 3pm and took out a large amount of books with me.
It didn't help that the computers for borrowing books were down which meant that I had to take them to the desk and it may have been the first time I've had to do that during my time at University.
Peter Young's show was OK, nothing really stood out although the good news is that Robbie Vincent is back tomorrow morning.
One of the records played by PY this afternoon was "The Sidewinder" by Lee Morgan, and I gave my Dad the album of the same name at Christmas.
As I type, I've got the Radio 1 Request Show switched on with just Reggie this week as Fearne's just about to start climbing Kilimanjaro on the Red Nose Climb.
Unlike Fearne however, Reggie isn't great on his own and even without Fearne is still rather gormless.
The plan for tonight is to sort out a rather nice chicken stew and to finally use the chasseur powder as it's my least favourite now that I've started using supreme powder.
Viewing tonight will probably consist of various bits of Let's Dance for Comic Relief and Saturday Night Takeaway although both of them aren't exactly eventful, and are pretty strung out.
I've used that expression an awful lot but I wish programme makers would realise that quantity doesn't necessarily mean quality.
Afterwards I may watch a few more documentaries from my VHS tapes including one from 2002 looking at "The Real Tony Blackburn".
An interesting insight nonetheless.
