Potential Procastination

Morning.

Audio Bully with Colin Murray was pretty good last night with a selection of songs and snippets devoted to New York, many of them from the film "Manhattan" with Woody Allen, as well as Sting's "Englishman In New York".

There was also a bizarre concoption based around one of my least favourite areas, Star Wars. These included a rather unfunny song to the tune of American Pie about Anakin Skywalker (possibly by Weird Al).

Right now Moyles is on in full flow where they've decided to introduce Aled by playing the theme to "Allo Allo" and singing "# Aled Aled" constantly to the accordian led tune. Because he spent yesterday in Paris.

Not as catchy as the Blue Peter theme of course.

I'm dreading my dissertaton meeting this morning and am hoping I don't have to make too many alterations.

This time in just over a month I will be at my wits end, and will be desperately trying to get everything together. It would have been nicer if we were given more of an idea of what to expect from this in the second year, rather to throw us in the deep end at the beginning of this year.

I see the completion and drunken celebration of the disseration ending, as my way of sticking several middle fingers up to Maria Way and all the theory lectures who have poo-pooed my ideas for the last four years and I won't have to do another essay again.

That's going to be such a superb day. That, and the Incognito gig the day after, if the tickets arrive of course.
